Safeguarding at Bursar Primary Academy
At Bursar Primary Academy, we take immense pride in our duty to safeguard every child in our care. The safety and well-being of our pupils is everyone’s responsibility, and we work together as a community to ensure that every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
We are proud of the pastoral support we offer, providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive both academically and emotionally. Our proactive safeguarding team is committed to identifying and addressing concerns swiftly, ensuring that the highest standards of care and protection are maintained at all times.
If you have any concerns about the safety or well-being of a child, please contact a member of our safeguarding team immediately. Together, we can make a difference.
Safeguarding Team
Bursar Primary Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We have a number of policies and procedures in place that contribute to our safeguarding commitment, including our Child Protection/Safeguarding Policy which can be viewed in the Policies section of this website.
Sometimes we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies when there are concerns about a child’s welfare.
We actively support the Government’s PREVENT agenda to counter radicalization and extremism.
At BPA, we take our role in Safeguarding very seriously as we believe all children have the right to feel and be safe.
