ALLEGATIONS AGAINST PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH CHILDREN
Working Together 2015 says that Local authorities should have a designated officer, to be involved in the management of allegations against people that work with children.

Reporting a concern to the academy or the local authority
Report a concern about a child
If you have a concern and wish to take further advice in Academy hours you can ask to speak to the DSL - Designated Safeguarding Lead which is Miss Follan. She will call you back if you state it is of a Child Protection nature. Ring 01472 691798.
You may report your concern directly to the local authority FFAP team - Family First Action Point and should do so out of Academy hours on 01472 326292.
